Although not as well known as fairies and often confused with gruffer creatures that guard the environmental underworld, Gnomes are thought to grant "broad" wishes such as wishes for love, happiness, tranquility, and safety. The Gnome Home is a sort of fountain where the mice can come to offer coins and make wishes for the greater good.
