Completing the "story" told by this year's event pieces, Wishes Granted contains the various items others have wished for and the fairy who will make sure those wishes are granted. In the Wishing Tree, cards hang requesting a doll, a dog, a ball and a train. In this piece, we see all of those items waiting to delivered in some magic, mystical way by the granting fairy.
