Hi - I recently inherited my mother and grandmother's collection of WFF. I'm in the process of identifying them so that I can start the process of selling. I've started looking them up on them master list (what a great resource - thank you!). I've come across some that are verified from a certain year based off of their engraving, but their color/description matches that of a later year's design. For example - M-115 Mom and Ginger Baker - the one i have is engraved 1984, but matches the color/picture of the one shown for 1996. Is this a common thing or does this make it more rare? I'm curious what the experts have to say ;)
Thank you!

I believe the year on the piece is the first year the piece was made, the introduction year.
