Current value of WFF

Can anyone tell me where to find today's current value of WFF??  I know they vary but I would like to know a fair starting price value.  I have a 1998 Reference Guide and I know the value was much higher back in the day.  I was wondering if I could buy a current Reference Guide if they still exist.  Many thanks, Diana  :)
