I can't change the file size restriction on posting; that limit is set in the software. But often you can reduce the file size of the image significantly by saving in a format suitable for the Web. Try that instead of reducing the image size.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say that only one mouse was recorded, Kate. You should be able to look back over the Checklist and see all the ones you've marked as still marked. If this is not the case, please let me know.

As for My Personal Master List, this is for collectors who want to record much more than just whether they have a piece; they might want to record how much they paid, where they bought it, when they bought it, etc. This is meant to be an online version of other inventory programs to track collectibles, only this one is specifically aimed at WFF (although it can be used for other collectibles). It can be tedious to enter all the data if you have an extensive collection; however, if you already have the data in a spreadsheet, you can upload that data into the Personal Master List to save time. From there you can continue to update the online version, and if in the future you decide you want the load the update into a spreadsheet, you can do so with the download function.

You can also use the Checklist to prime the Personal Master List by downloading your data from the Checklist to a spreadsheet, perhaps modifying that spreadsheet as you desire, then uploading the spreadsheet to the Personal Master List.

If you click on the tiny image, you get a larger image--the tiny image must be a thumbnail to save space.

For those of you wondering how Nancy added the image, make the image an attachment. You can attach up to 4 photos, but there's a size restriction for each post: Maximum individual file can't exceed 128KB, and total must be less than 192KB.
