I'm Joyce's Daughter and have enjoyed Mom's WFF collection for many years.
Unsure where she first discovered WFF, but I think it was a gift shop in Colorado in the late 70s.
Over time, she amassed a large collection - over 150 - and LOVED each and every one.
Dad made a beautiful display case for them so they could be admired. (Always a non-smoking home.)
Mom proudly showed them off to visitors!
Though she had a severe stroke 20 years ago, she continued on best she could and always had a smile when we presented her with a new addition to her beloved collection. And another smaller case in which to display them.
Mom became very ill after Hurricane Harvey and was called Home to Heaven in July this year.
We carefully transported the WFF and I have her collection here in TN. They are wonderful but I'm thinking other avid collectors might enjoy them more than me. But, I'm keeping a few pieces because she loved them so.
Hopefully over the next few weeks I'll get them all posted. Since most don't have names on the bottom, it's a painstaking process to figure out the numbers and names.
If you have something you're looking for, if you could let me know the number and/or a photo - I can see if we have it.
If you purchase several pieces, there will only be one shipping charge, and it'll be the actual cost of shipping. I'll pack them well (I asked one of the gift shops how they pack them to be sure I do it correctly) and insure them.
I will take a check but it will have to clear before sending. Or you could pay through Paypal to ksf895@citlink.net
As far as pricing, I'll entertain any fair offers.
The Holidays are coming and there are many other occasions for gifting WFF, as you well know.
Happy shopping!
I'm going to try and send two photos first - one of the case Dad made, full of the wee mousies, and the smaller glass/brass case with even more mousies...
Mom will be thrilled to know each one is going to a good home.
Thanks so much!
